By accessing this website, enrolling in our mentorship classes, or utilizing our co-trading floor services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our training products and website immediately.
1. Educational Scope & No SEBI Advisory Services
All curricula, course materials, live trading simulations, options calculations, newsletters, and mentor statements provided by Emperor Bulls Pvt Ltd are strictly for educational purposes. We are NOT registered investment advisors under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and do NOT offer buy/sell tips, account management, or financial advisory services. Students bear full responsibility for all live capital trading decisions.
2. Enrollment & Refund Policies
Course admission fees cover physical workspace bookings, terminal setups, and software access privileges. Due to upfront scheduling costs, physical batch seats, and curriculum licensing, course registration fees are non-refundable once offline batch materials have been distributed or simulated trading logins are active, unless specified in writing by the branch head.
3. Franchise Partnership Framework (FOCO)
Franchise query submissions and calculator estimates are projections for planning purposes and do not represent a legal operational contract. All physical branch setups follow our strict FOCO (Franchise Owned, Company Operated) framework, which is legally governed by the final signed franchise partnership agreement signed at the Ludhiana Headquarters.
4. Limitations of Liability
Emperor Bulls Pvt Ltd, its founder, branch mentors, and corporate staff shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading deficits, brokerage costs, or software outages incurred by students or partners. Stock markets carry inherent systemic risks, and option strategies involve extreme leverage. Trade conservatively and utilize proper risk management.
